One Month Update and Lots of Pics!

W's monthly updates will include lots of random pictures that are uploaded from my camera at the same time due to not having as much time to blog this go around. 

W's 1 month checkup went well and everything looked good!  We have actually been to the doctor every week since his birth due to check ups and congestion that they believe was his first head cold... made me so sad to see this little boy so stopped up.

He's growing so fast and I hate it because I know how fast it really goes.  W is a good baby just a bit fussier than AR was, though we knew going into this pregnancy that we probably couldn't get another one as good as AR.  He's pretty laid back, loves to be swaddled tightly to sleep, and already hates being in a dirty diaper (or so it seems).  I started a new page so that you can watch W as he grows... it's titled "Watch Me Grow, Too!" and can be found at the top of the page with AR's growth page.

AR continues to entertain us and make us laugh... life with a 2 year old is quite fun and interesting!  Enjoy some pics of what all she's up to these days!

She said she was going to the "fun park" which is where her daddy often takes her on the weekends.

I often find AR's babies in places that she's seen her baby brother... here is one in W's swaddle thingy and hat.

It took longer than I thought, but she finally decided that she was going to "feed" her baby too!  I promise that I wear clothes when I nurse!

I gave her a tummy time pillow so she could have her own "boppy".

This girl loves her brother and is constantly trying to help out... sometimes a little too much but it's still sweet!

Giving W kisses... he's pretty much the only one she kiss except on rare, and I mean RARE, occasions.

Now, if you are OCD about cleanliness you might throw up at the following pictures but I promised we cleaned it up when "me time" was done!  Below is what you get after an hour of alone time in AR's room... I'm pretty sure every single toy was out!

The other weekend William's sister and her family came to visit and meet W.  Mimi and Papa had the grandchildren some fun gifts and we were all entertained!

Last week we celebrated William's 29th birthday.  I made him a copycat cake of the Pizza Inn chocolate chip pizza and it was really good.  Pinterest saves the day a lot around here!

Video Upload

So I didn't take any videos on the video camera from Sept. 2012 until April 2013... bad, I know!  I did take some on my camera but can't upload them to youtube for some reason.  AND many of the ones from last summer I never even uploaded for you to see!!  It's much more work uploading the videos, but I need to do better!

I also haven't really taken any of Baby W as he mostly just hangs out... but seeing as he's super cute, I need to capture it on video soon for you! 

AR has been entertaining us with her singing, dancing, and other cuteness and I've tried to get a little of that on video to share with you!!  Hope you enjoy!

Week 2

Here are some pics we've taken over the past two weeks and a few at the bottom of AR a few days before W came.

While daddy washed our cars (and Aunt Katie's) AR got in on the fun and washed her tricycle!

Since we obviously aren't in a routine yet, feeding times for both children have fallen at the same time a couple times... so AR has been able to enjoy her lunch in the living room while her brother was nursing.

Apparently, this is still really comfy when you are 2!
