Curtains and Buttons

Today I finally got the curtains sewed with the exception of where I turned them inside-out... but that won't take long at all. I also found buttons that I wanted! I had to have 16 of the same one, so I had to go with the burgandy color, but it didn't matter since I am covering them. I have done one of them and was very pleased with how it turned out! The two pics below are the curtains, which don't have the buttons on the tabs yet, and two buttons - one original and one covered with the fabric. Hope you like!

I have wondered a time or two if this is too much work... and the answer is probably so. But to me it's worth it to have something unique and knowing that I made it. I know that nobody else

will have a room quite like ours! And lastly, it's cheaper for the most part. I know to some people it would be worth the money to pay somebody else to do it. There are few things that I'm willing to pay somebody else to do... who am I kidding, I (we) only pay for things that we cannot do ourselves! haha! If William and/or I can do it ourselves, we will. If you want to pay us to do it for you, we will! haha!
